Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes we do offer free shipping irrespective of the volume of your order. There is no minimum order requirement to qualify for free shipping. While we offer free of cost shipping on every order, we offer low cost shipping options which are sometimes faster than free shipping.

What is Order Processing Time?

Order processing time is the total time it takes from the time an order is placed to when the order is queued for shipment. Order processing includes selecting the right product, quality checks and packaging. On ExParis the processing time varies from 24 hours to 2 business days.

How long Does It Take to Deliver an Order?

Order delivery times may varie depending upon various factors such as customer’s geographical location, Product Warehouse, shipping method selected during checkout, public holidays etc. Delivery from local Warehouses is extremely faster.  Please visit our Shipping Guide to have an estimation of the delivery times for various shipping zones.

Can i Return a Product and Get a Refund?

We have set flexible return and refund policies to offer our customers a stress-free shopping experience. For a product to qualify for the return criteria, it should fall under at least one of the three conditions set in our Return and Refund policy.
