What is the order processing time?


Order processing time is the total time it takes from the time an order is placed to when the order is queued for shipment. Order processing includes selecting the right product, quality checks, and packaging. On ExParis the processing time varies from 24 hours to 2 business days.

Is my personal information secure?


ExParis uses multiple security socket layers to ensure user information security. Any information shared during registration, placing an order or any personal information requested you to share when you contact us through email or phone is never shared with any entity outside ExParis.com. Please read our Terms and  Privacy policies for further information.

Why don’t you offer free shipping?


Unfortunately, we don’t offer free shipping due to our competitive prices. However, we charge a minimal shipping fee irrespective of the volume of your order.

How long does it take to deliver an order?


Order delivery times may vary depending upon various factors such as customer’s geographical location, Product Warehouse, shipping method selected during checkout, public holidays, etc. Delivery from local Warehouses is extremely faster.  Please visit our Shipping Guide to have an estimation of the delivery times for various shipping zones.

Can I return my order and get a refund?


We have set flexible return and refund policies to offer our customers a stress-free shopping experience. For a product to qualify for the return criteria, it should fall under at least one of the three conditions set in our Return and Refund policy.
