A perfect and simple device to protect you and your family from any dangerous levels of carbon monoxide around you. Carbon Monoxide related deaths are so common especially in winter when people burn indoor fires to keep warm. It is a sensible decision to install the CO detector at your home, workplace to avoid any hazardous effects of the deadly odorless gas.

Green LED: Flashes every 30 seconds to indicate the unit is operating normally.
Red LED: When a dangerous level of carbon monoxide is detected, the red LED will pulse and a loud alarm pattern will sound.

The carbon monoxide alarm pattern is 4 short beeps, followed by 5 seconds of silence, followed by 4 more short beeps with a corresponding red LED flash. This cycle will continue for 4 minutes and then change to 1 cycle every minute until the device is reset or the CO is eliminated.

1.  Product Dead On Arrival

If the item arrived broken, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date and follow the procedure for the 3 Days Product Guarantee.

For electronics please include all of its accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries, in the returned parcel. If an accessory or component is missing, we will ask you to pay for it. All the return shipping fees will be covered by ExParis.

2. Incorrect Item Received, Not as Described Or Ordered

If the item you have received differs considerably from the one you ordered, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service to provide us with the following proofs:

Photos or a video of the incorrect item;
Photos or a video showing the specific problem.

Because different batches of the products are supplied, the item logo or packaging you received may vary from the one displayed on our website. If all the functions and appearance of the product prove to be correct, please understand that this case will not be included in this policy. If a return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you once you send us a return shipping receipt showing how much you paid to return it. Please be sure that the incorrect item you return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in.

3. Defective Item/size mismatch

We do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs:
