We would like to sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties and inconvenience our company has caused over the past week. We were the victim of a malware insertion that caused significant issues with our order fulfillment and dispatch departments.
Our team has worked around the clock to resolve the issue and we are happy to report that our system is now back up and running smoothly. We want to assure our customers that all their personal information with us is never compromised due to additional security measures we have already put in place.
Customers are also reminded that because payments on ExParis are handled by Paypal, we don’t store any financial information.
